Can I get a same-day appointment?

Yes, when we have capacity. The fastest way to find out is to call us on (08) 8323 9755 during clinic hours. We will tell you straight away what is available. Online requests are confirmed within one business day, so if you need to be seen today, calling is the right move.

Do I need to prepare anything before my first appointment?

When you book, we will send you a text link to your new patient forms. Completing them before you arrive means your appointment time goes straight to your assessment. If you cannot complete them beforehand, arrive 10 minutes early and we will take care of it at reception. Bring your health fund card for on-the-spot HICAPS claiming, and any recent X-rays or scans if you have them.

What is the cancellation policy?

We ask for as much notice as you can give if you need to cancel or reschedule. Calling us directly is the best way. We understand that things come up, and we will do our best to find you an alternative time quickly.
